I spent a decade — 2012 through 2022 — running operations at an MSSP ACO. We hit #8 nationally and earned a 100% CMS quality score — a result of patient cohorts, care-gap workflows, and provider scorecards that compounded over years.
Then I taught myself to ship software. Not as a hobby — as the same kind of operating discipline applied to a different domain. Eight live applications later, I'm running real revenue, real users, and real iteration loops across consumer apps, health tools, and B2B SaaS.
